Strategic Land department of Cheshire based Gladman Group have targeted land at the rear of Lodge Farm, Norwich Road, Holt for a proposed development of 170 new homes. Proposed access is through Lodge Close and Beresford Road – which will also increase traffic volume on Edinburgh Road, Charles Road, Coronation Road and Hempstead Road.

This ‘Public Consultation’ document has apparently been distributed to 730 households and businesses in Holt.
